RETURN POLICY

All sales on Swimwear products are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted by customer. Any and all credits are administered at the discretion of Jogo Beach Inc., and are made on a case by case basis with a 7 day limit on exchanges for products other than Swimwear. In an unlikely event that merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.

CREDIT CARDS ONLINE

Jogoliving.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Jogo Living accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For security reasons, online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. Most in-stock items are shipped within 7 business days (UPS Ground) and out of stock items can take up to 6 weeks. International shipments will have to be estimted at the time of shipment to the delivery destination.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock at the time an order is placed, customers will be notified within 7 business days with an estimated date of delivery or the option to select a replacement item of the same value.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available, Monday-Friday. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each delivery.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please have your parents contact us to enter this information.
